Dermott School District officially kicked off our 2026–2027 Professional Development with an energizing districtwide breakfast, bringing together our certified and classified staff to celebrate the beginning of a new school year. The morning was filled with laughter, collaboration, and excitement as we embraced our shared commitment to our students and community. Our kickoff reminded us that when we come together with Many Minds, One Mission: Operation "Ready to Learn", there is no limit to what we can accomplish. We had a blast reconnecting, building relationships, and preparing for a successful year of empowering teachers and inspiring students. Here's to an amazing school year ahead let's make it our best one yet! 🧡🖤 #DermottSchoolDistrict #ManyMindsOneMission #OperationReadyToLearn #RootedInTheCommunity

Tina Coakley 2026
We are excited to share that 100% of our 3rd grade students earned a passing score for promotion to 4th grade according to the LEARNS requirements!

A huge thank you to our awesome 3rd grade teachers and other staff members for the dedication, hard work, and commitment shown throughout the year. Special recognition goes to the students who worked diligently during the last six weeks—their perseverance paid off with passing scores!

Congratulations to our students, teachers, and families on this wonderful achievement. We are so proud of all you've accomplished!
