This week is National School Counseling Week! The DSD would like to salute our K-12 Guidance Counselor, Mrs. Yvonda Jones! You don't have a magic wand, a crystal ball, or all the answers; however, you do have ears to listen, a heart to care, and time to give! Thank you for making a difference in the lives of our students! We love you Mrs. Jones!

Good afternoon, RAM family
We are aware of the winter weather advisory for our state and our area. We will continue to monitor the weather and will make a decision to ensure safety for our students and staff. Parents, you will be notified via phone and/or Facebook of the decision. If we implement an AMI day tomorrow, there will be further directions.
If tomorrow is an AMI day, Parent teacher conferences will be rescheduled for a later date. If you have any questions, please contact the district's office. Have a great afternoon and stay safe.

During the DSD's regular school board meeting in January, our local members were honored in recognition of School Board Appreciation Month! They are extraordinary people who voluntarily tackle the enormous job of governing our school district and they do so in a manner that illustrates what it means to be resilient, ready, and relentless for all they represent! We are grateful for them! 🧡🖤🐏
